2017 Annual General Meeting & Executive Election

The 2017 Annual General Meeting of Gridiron Victoria was held on Monday 16th January and election for the new executive took place.

Congratulations to the new exec:

Vice President: Garry Wilson
Treasurer: Grant Garraway
Secretary: Haley Fleming
Registrar: Ashlee Trimble

Our thanks to outgoing President Sam Weller and secretary Rob Hunter.

The new executive is committed to continuing to advance Gridiron in Victoria and will release their budget and plans to the league very soon.

Open tryouts in January 2017 for the Victorian Eagles men’s team!

After a brief stint in the wilderness, coupled with the runaway success of our Colts and Women’s State programs, representative football returns for our men’s competition.

Open Tryouts in January!

Coach Garraway and the staff will be running open try outs to be a part of the 2017 campaign. Anyone who played men’s football in 2016 is eligible to try out.

10am – 12pm Sunday 15th and Sunday 22nd January 2017

2010 Victorian Eagles State Team — Currently seeking expressions of interest in coaching or playing for the Victorian Eagles State Team

Recently appointed head coach Richie Garraway is looking to re-build the Victorian Eagles State team ahead of a proposed tour of the United Arab Emirates in April 2017 and fixtures here in Australia. More details will be coming as soon as possible.
