The Gridiron Victoria Board and Clubs are excited to announce the 2022 season will kick off on the 1st of October with a super round of senior men’s games to be played in Bendigo.

The 2022 season the men’s format will see the return to one division, with the following teams taking part, Crusaders, Rangers, Warriors, Predators, Raiders, Dragons, Wolves and the Crusaders 2 (entering a second team).

The Under 19 boys season will comprise of the following teams, the defending champions Buccaneers, along with the Rangers, Predators, Spartans and Raiders.

Four clubs will make up the under 16 mixed competition starting with the champion Rangers who will compete with the Predators, Crusaders and Buccaneers.

The Gridiron Victoria Board is disappointed to announce there will not be a senior women’s competition in 2022. The Board will evaluate this situation during the season and formulate a plan for 2023.
