Gridiron Victoria was proud to host the training camp featuring six coaches from the University of Michigan last Friday 3rd of June.
Our thanks to the passionate coaching staff and the Pakenham Silverbacks for facilitating an incredible event that was covered around the globe.
The camp received some great coverage from ESPN and some tweets from notable ESPN reporter Gene Wojciechowski:
One final observation from Mich/Aussie sat camp: there were a few VERY big, athletic dudes who, with coaching and/or age, cd be players.

All positions will be coached and the camp is open to men, women & Under 19’s players (minimum age 15 years).
The Michigan coaching contingent features:

It is another in the series of Michigan Satellite Camps being held across the United States and American Samoa. It marks the first time such a high profile NCAA football program has held such camp in Australia.
We are very excited to have the very best college football coaches help nurture and develop the sport of American Football Down Under.
