2015 Women’s Season Awards

At a glittering event last Friday night attended by more than 100 people, Gridiron Victoria acknowledged the outstanding individual efforts this season with the 2015 Women’s League Awards.

Our thanks to Lisa Tzevakos for an outstanding effort putting the evening together; Barend van den Hoek for  amazing photos from the night (and again throughout the year) and to GV Vice President and Director of Women’s Football Mark Levin on managing an outstanding year of Women’s Football in Victoria.

2015 Women’s Semi Finals going PINK

2015-Womens-Semi-Pink-Round

The 2015 Women’s Semi Finals will be PINK ROUND.

This year, in conjuction with The Cancer Council Victoria we are raising funds and awareness for Women’s Cancers at Ranger Field in Croydon.

Even a small donation can go towards valuable research, early detection messages, treatments, and ongoing support for survivors. Everyone has been touched in some way by this devistating disease, so please join us in the fight and support our event.

10am: Junior curtain raiser Rangers v Miners
12:45pm: Women’s 1st Semi Final 1 v 4
3:30pm: Women’s 2nd Semi Final 2 v 3

$1 From every Ranger Burger sold on the day will be donated to the cause.
