Absolutely! Most of our players started with zero experience. Our coaches are trained to teach the fundamentals to beginners, and we have dedicated sessions for newcomers. You’ll be surprised how quickly you can pick up the basics and start enjoying the game.
Club fees typically range from $250-350 per season, which includes insurance and league registration. For beginners, clubs provide helmets and shoulder pads. You’ll only need to purchase a mouthguard ($15-20) and cleats ($80-150). Many clubs offer payment plans and hardship options.
Most teams train twice a week, typically on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm. The regular season runs from March to August, with games played on Saturdays or Sundays. Pre-season training usually begins in January. Specific schedules vary by club and age group.
Player safety is our top priority. All coaches are certified in proper tackling techniques that minimize injury risk. We follow strict concussion protocols, and our equipment meets high safety standards. While all contact sports carry some risk, modern coaching methods and equipment have significantly reduced injuries in recent years.
Absolutely! We’re excited to announce the relaunch of our Women’s League in 2026. In the meantime, women are welcome to join our flag football programs and training camps. We’re actively working to grow women’s participation in the sport and have dedicated female coaches on staff.
“I joined without knowing a single rule of American football. Three years later, I’m a starting linebacker and have made friends for life. The coaches here break everything down so it’s easy to learn, even for complete beginners.”
“As a woman in a male-dominated sport, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But from day one, I was treated as an equal and respected for my skills. The flag football program is intense and technical – it’s real football and incredibly rewarding.”
“I was always the biggest kid in my class and struggled to find a sport where my size was an advantage. In gridiron, I finally found my place. The coaches helped me develop strength and technique, and now I’m being scouted by university programs.”
